Tour Cancellation Policy

Prepayment policy

Most tours provided by DOMINICANA.PRO can be booked without any prior payment.

Prepayment is required in the following cases:

• The group consists of more than 3 persons.
• The total cost of the booked tours is more than $300.
• The tour is provided by a partner company that requires 100% prepayment.

Standard prepayment is 30% of the total cost of the tour, except tours that require 100% prepayment.

Tours that require 100% prepayment: tours with dolphins, helicopter tours, Coco Bongo, and other tours provided by our partners.

Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellation 72 hours (3 days) or more before the tour — 100% refund.
• Cancellation less than 72 hours (3 days) before the tour — a fine of 30% of the tour price.
• Cancellation due to illness or any medical condition — 100% refund.

Changing the dates of a tour

Tour dates can be changed due to bad weather, natural disasters, strikes or national holidays.

If guests do not agree to the change of date — 100% refund.

Refund policy

Refunds are made within 48 hours of receiving the request. To request a refund, please fill in a refund form and send it by email to [email protected]. The subject of the email should contain the phrase "Tour refund".
